6 Goodgymmers joined Area Activator Simon for our monthly Goodgym Time Trial event- this time hosted at Victoria Dock.

Typically a perfect location for a flat, fast 5km and/or 1 mile run. We always follow our sessions with coffee and breakfast at The Good Hotel cafe boat on the docks. We picked a glorious day for it.

We had some stellar 1 mile efforts this morning, and an inspiring 5km run by Matthew as well! Unfortunately, we found that part pf our intended course for our 5km run had been closed off due to construction around the ExCeL, so we gathered up and had a top 1 mile showdown!

We will be back next year for our Victoria Park "Blind Handicap" Challenge Special!
