Back again to help out with Ms J's sofa. Last time we visited, we tried (and failed) to move her beast of a sofa downstairs (it had been moved up to make space for a hospital bed). This time we meant business and came armed with screwdrivers.

First things first the handrails needed to be taken off the stairwell. We then tried the sofa... oof. Managed to get it half way down the stairwell before it got wedged. After struggling for 15 minutes and going nowhere, we heaved it back upstairs and decided to screw off the inch thick feet on the bottom... marginal gains! This did the trick and we we eventually got it into Ms J's front room. Phew.

One more part of the task was to help with Ms J's laptop. We were a couple of days away from national corona lockdown take 2 so wanted to make sure Ms J was able to do her online shop and get fresh food delivered. After attempting numerous different permutations of passwords for her email accounts and shopping account we finally got in and got set up.

This was by far my hardest mission I think but we did it! Ms J was very appreciative too. Mission complete.
