I headed off in the glorious sunshine to do some much needed shopping for Mr D. The run there was lovely with nice downhill sections and patches of welcomed shade. The shop however provided a full on workout as Mr D needed some heavy stuff! The walk back required lots of stops to stretch my arms but it was all worth it as Mr D was really happy to have his cupboards re-stocked! Now I am walking home with a meal deal to enjoy along the way. Job well done :-)
