Great to catch up with Mr K, who I previously shopped for about a year ago. Since then, he's been very grateful for the regular weekly help he's had from GoodGymmers who've gone above and beyond to make sure he stays well stocked up. Mr K also had a lot of praise for his wonderful neighbours who also help keep his life sorted.

After a good chat I set off to the supermarket. Finding Mr K’s items was pretty straightforward but the checkout queues looked fearsome due to a national IT problem affecting all of Sainsbury’s online shopping and contactless payments. Fortunately the queue moved quicker than expected and it wasn’t too long before I was back at Mr K’s. After a final chat about the contrasting recent form of our respective football teams, I headed off to enjoy the Spring sunshine.
