3 GoodGymers took on the early morning shift to help the Ealing Half Marathon get ready for their fantastic event next weekend!
As it's a fully closed road race the residents and cars of Ealing are given lots of warning about the closures, today we took on a mile of the route to flyer cars notifying them about the closure next Sunday. The idea is to notify cars at the same time they would be effected next weekend, hence the 6:00am alarm clock!
Lots of cute cats on route and a lovely coffee at the end made it all worth while!
The aim is simply to organise and manage a fully road closed mass participation race to raise a surplus which is ploughed back into community projects.
