This was a 10k with purpose to top up Ms K's medicine supplies as she was unable to get out herself

This was a simple mission on the edges of Hackney to collect an important prescription for a Special K who was unable to get out. 5k each way, and unusually no chit chat as I wasn't sure whether K was up to it.

I saw a cute sunbathing cat on the way, got a bit lost in the maze of the estate and was delighted to see an ice cream van on the way back and I felt like I was carrying the Olympic torch or possibly like the Statue of Liberty (although I wasn't static for too long!)
