A straightforward, if exceedingly heavy, shopping mission for the lovely J. Thoughtfully he’d got out a shopping trolley as he thought I might need it - he was right! Chatted with him whilst in Asda, as we went through replacement options for the unavailable dried figs. An excellent 3 heron, 2 kingfisher run home for #GlobalRunningDay
