I went shopping for Ms F in the afternoon. She had lots of interesting fish on the menu, including a new sauce I hadn't heard of before which I'm keen to try on salmon myself!

I found most of what she needed, with the main failure being the bottled water, which waitrose had been stripped clean of entirely.
