Fit for a Prince
17 GoodGymers made their way 5km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

- Led by Laura Williams
On the day the royal baby was born goodgym runners were on a special mission to get the regally named Victoria Park fit for a prince.
Meeting on another muggy evening for a special goodgym run... tonight we had a double mission:
Water the gasping plants in bethnal green's memorial garden
Make Victoria Park's play area safe again by sweeping the stones back into the designated areas.
Once we completed these tasks, with the help of a few local children, we split into two groups. Ivo led a small but loyal group for a 4k fast run and Mark put the rest of us through some interval training.
And, knowing that Victoria Park was safe again the palace felt it was time to announce the arrival of another prince.
