On a chilly evening in the Camden 4 hardy GoodGymers drilled their way deep into their running form to activate key running muscles and coordinate the vital running movement patterns!
With a smaller group this week we really broke down each individual runners running form and rally focused on tightening up key areas of each runners technique. We got some great lateral coordination drills going to improve agility, worked hard on our forward lean during with some core activating drills and helped our foot stretch shortening cycle with a range of plyometric skipping drills.
We rounded the evening out with some leg strengthening exercises and some super Impressive Ab planks before heading off into the night hopefully as much more economical and skilled runners.
