2 GoodGymers worked hard developing and honing strong and efficient running techniques.
The second of our month long Fitness 4 All Block of sessions meeting outside Elephant & Castle station turned into a 121 technique analysis!
** Lucy** was brilliant, making new and improved strides towards running perfection!!
We really worked hard with a multitude of specific running drills to help Lucy improve her power, efficiency while reducing her chances of injury!! With a great knee and arm drive coming along we even squeezed in a quick lower body strength and balance circuit which Lucy picked up super quickly making brilliant progress with!!
Be great to refine the Running form and fitness of a few more of South London's GoodGymers next week to sign up and come along!!
