Flake?
2 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Greenwich.

183 runners and walkers kicked off the first September Charlton park run towards the end of the summer. The weather has been warm and dry. Perfect weather for our weekly park run!
The 99th Charlton park run served the final shake out for tomorrow’s Big Half when many of the runners / volunteers will be participating and celebrating this annual exciting event where the finishing line set in the famous Cutty Sark.
Today’s park run was supported by Linda who was the volunteer co-ordinator; Marta carried out a dual role as the number checker and funnel manager; Martin took part as the barcode scanner; Steve provided finish token support and I was the tail walker.
A good mixed of runners and walkers filled the park with prams, dogs and young children. We were having fun with our weekly friendly run, chats and meet up.
Thankfully nobody flake out!
