Ms H was just a little gem. Always so bright and cheery on the phone. She requested the Telegraph again for today (I’m glad they were enjoying the crosswords so much!!). She also requested flour. I had my big headphones in so convinced myself of flowers. When I rang her in the shop I said “what kind of flowers?” She said “plain, self-raising whatever there is” - you can tell it’s a Saturday as I was half-asleep self-raising flowers.... then it eventually clicked ooooh flour not flowers. Phew. All delivered and Ms H was (as always) so so happy and thankful!
