When I arrived to volunteer this morning I couldn't see more than about 10m in front of me - not sure what was going through the runners' heads as it's an undulating course and pretty muddy in places so full vision really helps! The fog did lift slightly by the time the runners headed off at 9am and there were some pretty nippy runners out there.

GoodGymers from Croydon Rachel and Steph did us proud this morning and both posted fantastic times. I did wave to Steph as she hurled past me twice but she looked like she was in the zone and didn't spot my flailing arms! Congratulations on a new PB for Zoe and it looks like Steph will be getting her 100 parkrun t-shirt soon as she completed her 83rd one today.

The next 2 Saturdays see the normal parkrun and there will also be one on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Let me know if you're heading to the one on the 1st as I'll be volunteering again - hoping to get the timing tokens to hand out.
