This was such a lovely mission, and for such a good cause. I really enjoyed saving such huge quantities of food surplus + sorting it for selling throughout the week.

The team at Borough Food Cooperative are fantastic, I felt so at home, and I am already eager to come back. It was also refreshingly cool, perfect during this heatwave.
