This week's task was a bit of nighttime gardening. Michael was unable to attend this evening so we took things into our own hands.

The idea was to meet up at Secret Garden #2...well we had a little miscommunication and ended up having to do a little sweep to make sure we had everyone in tow.

Sue had brought some tools from home and as it turned out there were plenty in the shed for us.

We set up the butterfly lights so we could see what we were doing. Luckily the poles for the poly tunnel were made of metal and the butterfly lights have magnets so we were able to hang them up.

We started with the forks pulling out lots of bugloss and then Sue suggested that clearing the leaves would help us see what we needed to focus on a little more... we found some rakes and off we went again.

Working in our own little corners we ended up congregating on the same spot and managed to leave the area leafless and weedless too!

An amazing job and very satisfying too! It wasn't cold for very long at all!!

Great work everyone. Hope to see more of your lovely faces next week!
