Mr A needed some food so after calling him up to get a list of what he wanted, I headed down to Sainsburys. After a couple of minutes spent deciphering my own handwriting (I should have typed the list) I quickly manage to find everything he wanted.

Mr A was happy to see me and I had a nice run back home on the route I usually take back from the lido at London fields. That reminds me, I must try to go for a swim next week....
