On Saturday morning, four goodgymers went out into the frosty, freezing day to help at three parkrun events around Birmingham. Steven was the one man band again at Woodgate Valley while Liam did the timekeeping at Edgbaston Reservoir and Raull and I set out the course at Perry Hall. By the time we had set it up, the ground had thawed, the frost had melted and our fingers had frozen in their place.
