Mrs S was low in spirits today - she was struggling with her breathing again and feeling tired.

She was glad she had been able to make it to her brothers wake though and I was able to read through some paperwork around some changes to the financial arrangements for her care package and helped her to understand the changes.

She also showed me some lovely flowers her nephews partner had dropped round for her in the week.

I left her watching one of her favourite films (Hobson's Choice) which put a smile on her face.
