A sunny, Sunday morning on the south coast saw three of our Goodgymers running to Mrs F's rescue. Jamie, Michael and I got to work clearing the back of Mrs F's garden to stop nettles becoming a problem for her in the summer.

Mrs F is a keen gardener and was greatful that we could clear some of the bigger stuff that she can't get to right at the back of her garden.

Once we'd filled three large bags of garden waste Mrs F waved us off as we ran back home via Hove Prom joining all the prommers making the most of the winter sunshine.
