On a pleasant winters evening, four of Goodgym Redbridge most dedicated runners met to dismantle tables and ran a whopping 10km in the process!

We meet each week in Wanstead House Community Association and from time to time we see things that need doing. But were busy with tasks elsewhere and sometimes things just dont get done. But this week, Trainer James received a call from members of staff, Anna.

There's some old tables in the car park. They've been there for weeks as I was hoping someone would want them. I cant get them in my car like they are. Is this something you can help with? It'd be great to get it done before all the people start coming in for Christmas events...

So after a bit of rejigging, the task was accepted and the team set to work removing stubborn screws and separating table tops from legs. Not the world's toughest jobs for motivated Goodgymers but one that made someone's life easier and we're all for that.

With the task done in super quick time, the group headed out onto the streets for a 10km run - one of our longest GG Redbridge runs ever!
