Getting Sack into the Groove!
What a lovely sunny evening to do a spot of gardening in lush Locke Park. We were met by the Friends of Locke Park who were happy to receive us; you'd better be'leaf it. Anne, Cath and Zak were ready, willing and able to provide man-power and lots of tools for us.
Today the task was to rake leaves out of the beds beneath the bushes and trees to pre-emptively stop them making their way onto the path and steps.
After all the raking and bagging was done (at least in the bed we were focused on) we said our goodbyes and a certain Area Activator ran another 10km before stretching off.
Looking forward to the next group run!
