Getting soiled
16 GoodGymers made their way 8.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.
- Monday, 4th of April 2016
- Led by Laura Williams
15 GoodGym runners tackled an 8km round trip to Mayflower School in Poplar to help build beds, shift soil and decorate the school playground and garden. After a 4km run through Bethnal Green, Mile End Park and Poplar we helped Cassie Laveridge and her school garden project by building planting beds, shifting bags of soil and hanging decorations on the school fences. As the darkness closed in we headed back on the same route - lovely to complete our first task in the light this year!
