Getting Tied Up, Screwed and Trollied - What A Wednesday Evening!
8 GoodGymers made their way 2.2km to help the Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

Eight intrepid GoodGymers beat the heat to take part in our second trip to Tipner Beach this month.
Wilson made it their mission to find a plastic toy amongst the fishing line, rope and seaweed and was rewarded with a beautiful bunch of flowers.
Sinéad's magnetic litter pick came in handy for picking up an unfathomable number of nails and screws, alongside door hinges, latches and metallic light switch covers.
Val defeated her nemesis from her first trip to Tipner on Sunday, a hefty old bit of rope! Check out the photos for her chuffed little face!
Jo and Jen took on the challenge of rescuing an abandoned trolley, which was so rusty it couldn't be pushed along the path and had to be carried. The unpleasant remains of something fishy left in the trolley really didn't help the smell!
This was a tough task, considering the beach didn't look much different to when we arrived. However, we completely filled our upcycled shopping trolley, so epic effort, everyone!

Area Activator for GoodGym Portsmouth. I swear like a sailor, burp like a foghorn. Human A - Z of Portsmouth. Ultimately charming.
