Mr F has a small but perfectly formed back garden. He has tended his beautiful oasis for many years, but has recently been unable to do so. As a result, weeds had begun to take over the paved area, and he was keen to have them removed.

On a day when I could have happily stayed in bed, I was glad to have a reason to get up, get on my bike, and spend a couple of hours working up a sweat.

It was 5 years to the day that I lost my husband, and once again, GoodGym helped to get me through the day. Coincidentally, the task was just a few minutes bike ride away from the cemetery.

The sun was shining as I set to work. Mr F provided a range of tools, and I had also come prepared...my trusty kneeling pad and scraper made the task so much easier.

What a pleasure it was to be able to clear the area for Mr F. He is a lovely gentleman who made me feel welcome, and was very grateful for the assistance. 😊
