Our lockdown fitness continued - this week Taskforce member Liz led the group in a HIIT session; on the 'menu' tonight:
squat jumps
bridge leg lifts
plank - lift up and down
crab walks
knee to elbow lifts
Next week we have a group session that really is a group session as everyone will be pitching in with exercise ideas! Hurray!
