It may have been wet. It may have been cold. It may have been 100m of elevation.

It was.

But it was also Melanie's first time at guide-running, and to give Mel confidence we created the concept of GG bubble wrap to be in front, behind and to the sides to create a bubble of GG loveliness scaling Ashton Court parkrun.

Trying to speak running up the hill is tough. Trying to make sense whilst speaking to warn of speed bumps, bends, changes of surface and other hazards is exhausting but brilliant.

One of the best parkruns ever!
