An amazing way to start a busy day of Goodgym festivities at London's most picturesque parkrun course, Hampstead Heath!

Plenty of friendly Goodgym faces out on a surprisingly warm autumnal morning, along with almost 500 other runners, and a team of volunteers led by run director Damien Lane.

Post run/volunteering, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast and coffee at Silver Berry cafe in Hampstead (and Graham hopped into Hampstead Ponds for some reason!)
