Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
It was something kind of Ohhhhhhhh, with an all girl crew repping for GG Brent this evening.
Making up the girl group, the Brits in Brent were Ellie, Sadhana, Polly, Laura and Claire and with our fair French sister in tow, the irresistible Isabelle, we were a Euro-Vision, even if we *Don't speak French. & Yes I will continue to list Girls Aloud songs throughout this report, so brace yourselves!!
Bringing the style as always, with the array of colourful lycra nails and lips (and that was just Ellie and Sadhana) the gang was ready to rock.
Girl Power took over once more, with a swift decent through Roundwood Park, all the way up to Harlesden Community Gardens, ready to embark on our ninja night-time spruce-up adventure. Nestled on the appropriately named "Challenge Close" there was a whole lotta litter that had been sprinkled all over the place, step in GoodGym Brent, ready to save the day.
Bin-bags at the ready and a sexy pile of latex gloves snapped in place we set to work, plucking every bit of rogue rubbish from this beautiful community spot and stuffing our bags to the tick down of the stop watch.
And now for a little item we like to call: Delectable Delights OKAY ready.... * A green condom * A red condom * and 3 ordinary, for good luck clearly there was someone in Harlesden who's Just a love machine !
Shall we continue....... * A teeny tiny plastic head..... and * A teeny tiny, mouse' pregnancy test Yes you hear correctly, a mouse pregnancy test!!!! What will the neighbours say!
After the delights from the bushes, we took advantage of the kiddy playground with an awesome round of HIIT. * Squat jumps * Jump lunges * Tricep dips * Fast feet runs * Step Ups * Followed by hill sprints home * Many more squats and to finish the fastest feet in the west (of London anyway)
Despite the cold, the girls were on form, smashing the task and the fitness drills to boot. Babes in the Harlesden hood, doing good!!!
See you next time!!!!
