No better way to start a Sunday than at junior parkrun, and the eight eager goodgymers knew this too. After our briefing and picking up our high viz and necessary bits it was time for some extras. Donning the wings, we have our newest winged warrior Fiona, happy 100. And flying in with their cape, our newest caped crusader Martin, happy 200.

Now to the actual task at hand, we went over to our volunteer spots and began our clapping, cheering and positive vibes. The speedy tykes were out in force today and as they finished, we made our way back over to the cafe for some drinks, food, and overdue chatting.
