To clarify, I don't do weights, unless it's an item of furniture being moved as part of a GoodGym mission, or in this case, Mr M's hefty liquid based medication. The mission notification came with a very useful heads up on this front, but I was just about able to fit his, Mr D's and Mrs S's (fortunately) lesser sized prescriptions into my pannier bags and make the short trip to the part of Beckton where they all live (thankfully) near each other. Good to have a bit of motivation to get out in the bracing weather, but fingers crossed for milder climes soon!
