Today was the second GoodGym, Cardiff and Vale social run, attended by just three runners, Andrew, Flo and Martin, who ran along the route of Blackweir Parkrun. There were plenty of other runners out on such a fine Sunday morning, although it is still strange not to see marshals lining the route.

Following the run, we were joined by Aimee, Emma, Fiona, Imy, Marie, Darren, Nic and Oliver, along with a new recruit to Cardiff GoodGym, Jade – welcome Jade. We then set about our litter picking task around the streets of Gabalfa collecting six bags of litter.

Well done to everyone for coming along. In a time where group runs are suspended, it is always great to the brilliant people of Cardiff and Vale Goodgym.
