At last Goodgym Barnet and Incredible Edible came together to help a local food bank. Three GoodGymers independently travelled to Incredible edible located at a St Johns church in Barnet. On a sunny summers day we met with Wendy who explained we were going to harvest kale and other brassicas ( members of the cabbage family where flowers stem and leaves are edible) from the church grounds to deliver to The local food Bank. We did this and delivered 1 kg of fresh greens. We then planted tomato plants for future harvesting. Welcome to Sarah on her first outing with Goodgym we hope to see more of her running and good deeds. Thanks to all for coming, harvesting, delivering and doing some good!
