Today a group of Goodgymers met on Kimberlow hill to plant 24 wild cherry trees, which we have purchased.
We were given a demo and a health and safety briefing from Derek, then set to work digging big holes, planting the trees, then putting guards around the trunks.
After an hour the task was complete. A group then headed off for a well earned drink and cake
