Goodgym elves help Christmas deliveries on their way
5 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Redbridge.

When we arrived at Frenford, all the kids present wrapping was under control but there was plenty of work to be done to prepare food deliveries for people in need.
The team set to work swiftly, with some helping to ferry deliveries out to waiting delivery drivers (including our very own Peter van Tongeren aka Chief Elf) and others helping to compile the parcels. After our Santa run at Valentine's park, this activity gave us a full body workout as some of those bags were heavy!
Just when we thought things were winding down, Jenny and Kathryn discovered that there was a huge pile of donations from the local Scouts group that needed to be brought in and sorted. Time flew by and we couldn't believe we'd been there for more than three hours. We left feeling happy that we'd made a difference, and definitely ready for a cup of tea and a sit-down. Merry Christmas everyone!
