Good Gym are always looking to support worthwhile charities. This was no exception with many climate related charities involved in highlighting the need for sustainability in the climate emergency. A baton was being run from the location of COP26 in Glasgow to the new conference in Egypt - Cop27. Non stop! A few of us ran one of the stages , the 7 km between Traid Camden ( selling vintage clothes) to the library of things in Dalston. ( where are you can borrow items instead of buying them) It was a lovely run beautiful sunshine along the glistening canal into Kings Cross and the east. It was also great to chat with like-minded people also looking to engage people with this event. Well done to everybody who ran including Goodgymers John, Jack, Emily And all those that supported this Community mission.

Do look up! … let’s not cop out!
