Huge cheers to everyone getting out and volunteering at Parkruns this morning especially these GoodGymmers that braved the POURING rain to marshal, hand out tokens and tail walk.

I never doubted their dedication but my dog, Molly, was wondering why we'd left the comfort of the sofa to stand in the rain and why we had to run up and down the hill towards the end when she was shivering! We snapped our group photo at the start and regrouped at the end to compare how cold our hands were but how good we felt for getting up and out and making sure Parkrun went ahead.
