On arrival at Mrs J's flat I was greeted with a shopping list and some cards that needed posting on the doorstep. Having checked that I knew what was what on the list I set off for Boots and Waitrose and managed to get everything I needed pretty easily. Mrs J and I exchanged a few words through the door when I dropped the shopping off and I headed off feeling like I had done something useful with my day.
