GOT a LOT of POTS
3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Sheffield.
- Saturday, 14th of April 2018
Mrs P needed a bit of help in her lovely sunny back garden with some weeding and digging-in, ready for some new plants which will be going in this spring. She also needed some pots emptying of old plants and the soil recycling into the ground.
Caroline and Helen got straight down to a rather large dandelion on the edge of the grass, and they both did battle to get to the ROOT cause of the problem.
Mike meanwhile started emptying pots and turning the soil into the beds.
As time went on, more and more pots were discovered in the far reaches of the garden, and several bags were filled with green matter ready to be turned into compost.
After a clean up job we left the garden a little tidier and more ready for new plants than when we found it. A lovely sunny time spent in what will be a lovely garden.
