In the words of Derek Shepherd......it’s a beautiful day to save lives.

But in my case I’m not a brain surgeon and I am not saving lives but none the less I’ve been in a Greys Anatomy marathon session and feel food shopping for the unable is almost the same.

I walk/ ran or hobbled should we say (injured) the 10k round trip to visit the lovely Ms I.

Are you even doing a Goodgym mission if you don’t bump into another Goodgym member our doing good as well, After a social distance catch up it was off to get the essentials.

It was a heavy shop so lots of hand changing but I got the job done and “Ribenad On”

Mission 53 complete now back to Greys Anatomy I go, I’ll be a brain surgeon before you know it!
