Thursday 1st February

Thursday evening task you say? Yes please! Welcome to our newest member Nik who ran all the way from Knowle (show off) to join Frances and I at Love Squared to remove the graffiti sprayed on their lovely mural.
We were provided with graffiti removal spray and a pumpy pump thing that required the brain of a radio-physicist to understand!
While the graffiti removal spray worked quite well, the sponges didn't last very long due to the hardened muscles of 3 Goodgymers (more powerful than your average sponge wielder!
Lottie provided us with hot drinks during, and offers of snacks or 'something for the road' when we finished (politely declined this time, but will take them up on the offer next time to see what that actually is!)
Lottie was impressed with our efforts this evening, and we hope to return soon.
We are on a mission to ensure that no child has to lose out on a world of potential because of mental health which mean they can’t access school or find it hard to make friends. We don’t have magic wands, but we do believe that every child and family should have individually tailored support services, delivered with love and imagination. Everyone has a right to tell their story and be heard with curiosity and sensitivity. We deliver imaginative and carefully case managed mental health and SEND support for children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as training and consultancy for organisations. We believe that you can’t change outcomes without looking at issues holistically and thoughtfully. For us it’s about long term change.
