Grazing the graves
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.
- Friday, 17th of January 2020
- Led by Judy Knapp
Four of us, plus two littl'uns and one dog, spent an hour litter-picking in Kingston cemetery.
Mel, Jen, Sam and I, helped by Betsy & Alice while Tess stalked the squirrels, pottered around a section of the perimeter fence where we found wind-blown litter and petals from artificial flowers.
We retrieved wine bottles from under the hedges and Sam matched Angela's recent revolting find - a pair of discarded trousers and pants, containing their own special gift!
Next week's Fun Friday will be a beach clean starting at the RNLI lifeboat station at Eastney Point, led by Mel.
