Following our Good Gym session this Wednesday, I went to collect the piles of weeds we left being on the York Stream. The owner of the task had an emergency and did not show up, leaving us with no means of collecting the green 'waist'. This workout should do good to my 'waste', also green at the time, as I was wearing my favorite fleece!
