There's always a warm welcome at David Denton's events, and this was no exception. Quite a small turnout: perhaps the cold and the rain put some runners off? I only ran the 5k race; there's a 1 mile one too! My time was exactly the same as Saturday's parkrun. Next month's run is the last of this season. Why not join us?
