Since the start of the pandemic I have been doing shifts with the H&F Foodbanks run by the trussel trust. I've packed boxes in olympia, delivered boxes to vulnerable clients, and worked for 18 months in the St Simon's Hub. Its been an amazing experience that has really taught me that we are all just trying to get by in life. This was my last shift. I will miss the team I've worked with (but will be back soon for drinks!) and I will miss the regular clients that would come in who I built a bond with. Its been a pleasure to be part of this for a few years, and I wish everyone involved the best.
