This weekend is Mrs D's birthday, she will be 91 year old. She is in really good spirits, her family will come to see her, there will be presents and she is looking forward to it. I also went prepared, I knew it was her birthday and how much she likes chocolate, so I've baked for her sugar free chocolate muffins, as she is diabetic. She enjoyed one while I was there and we talked about all sorts. She remembered the time just after she got married and she and her husband moved to live in a caravan. She thought it was going to be a gypsy caravan, but was relieved to find it wasn't , and was somehow bigger. Still quite small, so they had a wooden extension built, which she was very pleased to use as the lounge. Such lovely memories from her younger days!
