After a month away in Czech Republic and two weeks quarantine for returning from there it was time to get the GoodGym top back on and return to my good deeding ways. I do a weekly shop for two different people and one of them is Mr B on a Friday. He had been well looked after by other GoodGymers from my absence, which I'm and himself is truly grateful for. The shopping itself was the same as it always is and it was especially nice to see him in good form.
