3 Goodgymers were under starters orders and got their new year off to a flying start by volunteering at Warwick Racecourse Parkrun.

With the going good to soft but the weather dry they took their positions - Nigel waiting at the end of the final furlong with barcode scanner ready, Katherine half way around the distance providing marshaling support and Allan with his blinkers on, ensuring he was a stayer to complete the distance before helping with break down post Parkrun.

It was also great to see the young fillies Lil and Laura in their GoodGym jockey colours :-)

Maybe one of these days we'll actually see some horses at Warwick Racecourse...
