🥳 While some folk were slaving away at Swaledale Marathon, some of us headed to Harrogate parkrun, along with some of our friends from GoodGym Leeds 👋

👋 It was a morning of sunny intervals and brisk breezes, which made the course ever so slightly more challenging than normal. Our Leeds friends enjoyed the flat terrain compared to some of their local options though 😅

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️After running, chatting and photographing, we headed for coffee, breakfast and further chat ☕

😁 A lovely start to the weekend, and just a tad more relaxing than the Swaledale alternative that we wish our comrades all the very best in 💪
