Last night saw Fiona and Rob return to one of our old park Tudor Grange for a littler pick and a one lap of the park run route. 

We set off from our start location and headed straight to the Tudor grange that we have not been into yet this year due to it not having any lights, thankfully with the nights beginning to be lighter we thought we'd make the most of it.

Once there, we worked our way from one end of the park to the other, picking up any rubbish we could find. Once we had made our way through, we left the bag of rubbish by the bin for the council to collect and did our one lap of the park run route. 

As we had not completed 5k we decided to go the slightly longer way back to base. Once back, it was time for a quick stretch and to head inside to cool down with a drink.

We will be  back next week for another group run, would be great to see you there.
